2008 NBA Playoffs - Day Twelve - April 30
Here at About.com, we'll be following each day of the 2008 NBA Playoffs - nothing too in-depth with these posts, but a bit of a recap that gives a couple of brief sentences or so, the final results, as well as links to the boxscore.

Washington Wizards 88, Cleveland Cavaliers 87 @ Cleveland / Box Score
The Wizards received another chance at postseason life thanks to the layup Caron Butler made with only 3.9 seconds left and the one LeBron James missed at the very end of the game. The series goes back to the nation's capital and the Wiz will have to push forward without the services of Gilbert Arenas, who has been ruled out the rest of the playoffs. Cavaliers lead series 3-2.
Atlanta Hawks 85, Boston Celtics 110 @ Boston / Box Score
The Celtics came back from their two losses in the ATL on fire at home last night and went up one game on the young Hawks. The series shifts back to Atlanta where the Hawks seem to have more swagger and ability to close out games. However, the Celtics will want to close out the series as quickly as possible because you never know what will happen when you play a team that has nothing to lose. Celtics lead series 3-2.
