Strengths
Arthur is an athlete. No question. He can get up and down the court, finish with the flush thanks to his tremendous vertical, and can catch the ball in transition without a problem. Arthur can also score down in the block and stick the fadeaway jumper. His mid-range jumper isn't too shabby.
Arthur is very quick with his feet and is a solid overall defender because of it. He also can rise up and block shots. There's a lot of upside with Arthur and down the line could be of All-Star caliber.
Weaknesses
But, to become an All-Star caliber player, Arthur will need to get focused and become consistent in his play. He'll also need to build his strength and improve his judgement on the court as he can be foul-prone. Also, he needs to think about attacking the basket a little more as opposed to settling for a jumper.
However, with experience, Arthur's raw talent added with skill and minutes on the court could pay huge dividends for the team that drafts him.
