Strengths

Augustin is a great young talent at the point guard position. He's a natural point guard that looks to pass first and plays under control. Augustin has excellent court vision and doesn't turn the ball over much. Very good basketball instincts.

Augustin has excellent handle, can change speeds on a dime, and stop and pop or pass. He can score at a high level, which is especially eye-popping because he really does look to pass first. Augustin can rip the nets with his jumper and has a quick release that is necessary because of his height.

Augustin is a great mix of offense and has a presence about him on the floor despite his size.

Weaknesses

His size. Augustin will be one of the smaller lead guards in the NBA, but is lucky enough to be a strong player and won't be pushed around much. He isn't particularly athletic or speedy as some other shorter point guards. Defensively, he's adequete, but it's not going to be his strong suit.
