Strengths
Alexander has a non-stop motor and an intensity for the game. He's a high-flyer that can dunk with the best of them and isn't afraid to attack the basket and getting hit. Because of his tenacity and leaping ability, Alexander is able to get his fair share of rebounds and blocked shots, something usually reserved for players at the power forward or center spot.
Alexander's abilities to finish at or around the rim is better than his perimeter game on offense. However, he's still no slouch from outside and has a pretty good turnaround jumper. His long wingspan helps in getting his shot off. Defensively, he's very intense and has the desire to play it, which is admirable.
Alexander is very coachable and doesn't show any type of ego, even though he is clearly the best player on the floor whenever he steps on it. He's just intense!
Weaknesses
Alexander will need to work on his ball-handling in order to improve his dribble to the basket moves. Becoming consistent scoring-wise is also high on the list for Alexander as he's disappeared in several games this past season. That shouldn't be happening to a player with Alexander's talent.
He tends to get in foul trouble because of his overeagerness on defense, so he'll need to play more in control at the next level.
