My background: I'm a basketball fan from way back in the days when the NBA finals were blacked out, from back in time when point guard Magic Johnson jumped center for an injured Kareem, from the stone age when Moses said Philly was going to win in Fo-Fo-Fo.
What makes me qualified to write about basketball: My passion for the sport. In my opinion there's nothing more beautiful than basketball played at the highest level. A crisp backdoor cut leading to an easy basket is like seeing a fine piece of art to me... my love for the game may be slightly over the top (I'm a guy who thought the 1994 New York Knicks/Houston Rockets NBA Finals series was great to watch), but that's who I am.
Anything that you'd like to add: Despite the slew of rumors that have been flooding the media... I am not the father of Halle Berry's baby.
