Al Jefferson was drafted into the NBA straight out of high school and has been labeled "Mr. Potential" and "Mr. Bust" at various times of his career, but you can chalk that up to Jefferson's extreme talent and potential. Jefferson is the prototypical "big man" and has recently shown that he will be a force to reckon with for years to come in the NBA.
